The rules for using Inzira.

Inzira helps investors and entrepreneurs understand what is required, in what order, from which institution, and where the official procedure lives. Using the platform means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use Inzira.

Inzira does not issue, approve, refuse or process any of the following:

• Licences
• Permits
• Certificates
• Tax registrations
• Immigration approvals
• Environmental approvals
• Business registrations
• Land approvals

Inzira connects you to the relevant authorities and their official procedures. Every decision rests with the responsible institution. Nothing on Inzira implies government endorsement unless a formal relationship is stated on the page.

Destinations on Inzira are labelled so you always know what you are opening:

• Verified official application , a direct application or procedure link that Inzira has checked
• Official procedure , an official page explaining how to apply, where no verified direct link exists yet
• External service , a third-party commercial service
• Needs verification , information Inzira has not yet independently verified

Inzira never invents an application URL and never presents a government homepage as an application. Where available, procedure pages show the responsible institution, the official source and the date it was last reviewed.

Inzira can use information you provide about your company and project to prepare editable working drafts. A draft is a starting point only. It is not an official government form, a completed application, legal advice, tax advice, immigration advice, financial advice or regulatory advice.

Before creating each draft, you must confirm that you have reviewed the information supplied and understand these limits. You remain responsible for checking every statement, attachment, signature, current form, fee, deadline and submission route with the responsible authority or a qualified professional before use. Requirements may change after a source was reviewed, and the authority alone decides completeness, eligibility and approval.

Inzira may use AI to help you understand information and navigate procedures. AI guidance is not legal advice, tax advice, immigration advice, financial advice, regulatory approval, or professional advice of any kind.

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important requirements with the relevant government authority or a qualified professional before acting. Inzira does not present uncertain AI-generated information as confirmed fact.

Business services may link you to external providers. Every such destination is marked External service , not affiliated with Inzira unless a formal partnership exists and is stated.

Inzira does not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, performance, suitability, security, legality or continued operation of any third-party service. Review the provider’s own terms and privacy policy before you use it.

Inzira may identify the type of professional relevant at a stage , for example a lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, architect, engineer or environmental specialist. Inzira does not provide the professional service itself unless expressly stated. Listings distinguish verified professionals, unverified professionals and external services, and Inzira does not describe anyone as recommended without stating the basis for it.

• Land acquisition
• Financing
• Market access
• Export approval

Information on Inzira is intended to help you navigate the investment ecosystem, not to replace your own due diligence.

Regulations, fees, procedures, links and requirements change. Information on Inzira may become outdated. We make reasonable efforts to identify and update it, and we show a last reviewed date where appropriate , but you should verify important requirements with the responsible authority before you rely on them.

When you use Inzira you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse the platform
• Not attempt unauthorized access
• Not interfere with platform security
• Not impersonate another person
• Not submit fraudulent information
• Check client-supplied information and every generated draft before relying on or submitting it
• Not use the platform for unlawful purposes

The Inzira name, logo, brand, website design, original content, software, interface, roadmap system, original graphics, text and database structure are protected to the extent permitted by law. You may not copy or reproduce substantial parts of the platform without our written permission.

Inzira may experience maintenance, downtime, technical errors, third-party outages, broken external links and service interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inzira is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on third-party information, government decisions, regulatory changes, incorrect or outdated information, external websites, third-party providers, investment decisions, business decisions, or professional advice obtained elsewhere.

This section is subject to review by qualified legal counsel before publication.

We may update these terms. For material changes we update the version number and effective date, notify users where appropriate, and obtain renewed consent where the law requires it.
